Cargocycles is a bike shop specialising in cargo bikes, load-carrying bikes and trikes as well as electric bicycles. They boast probably the largest cargo bike store in the world with a huge range of bikes and trikes on the floor, dedicated cargo and electric bike servicing and genuinely enthusiastic and passionate staff.
We completely redesigned and rebuilt the Cargocycles website from the ground up, tailored to how both customers and suppliers across the country use it.
We removed the old site’s reliance on outdated systems, including a clunky external stock control platform.
We introduced a custom communications tool to streamline how enquiries are received from multiple channels.
We also upgraded Google Analytics, added new reporting tools, and used the insights to make ongoing improvements — enhancing Page Experience, Core Web Vitals, and Mobile Usability.
As a result, the website saw increased traffic, more enquiries, and higher sales.
